VAL DI SOLE BIKE ARENA
To evaluate the technical, territorial and economic feasibility of a new center for off -road cycling in a context that is already internationally recognized for off-road cycling. The challenge is to identify a sustainable solution consistent with the area, capable of meeting the needs of athletes, fans and tourism, without compromising the environmental and landscape balance.
Development of a preliminary feasibility study based on technical and spatial analysis, supplemented by a discussion process with public and private stakeholders.
Meetings with the city administration, tourism operators, sports entities and local stakeholders were used to gather needs, assess development scenarios and define a shared concept for the future bike center to support planning and investment decisions.
A solid foundation for future choices.
The feasibility study provided the Municipality of Commezzadura and the Apt Val di Sole with a structured and shared picture of the opportunities and critical issues related to the implementation of the Val di Sole Bike Arena. The discussion with the stakeholders allowed the alignment of vision, objectives and expectations, offering concrete elements to guide strategic decisions and plan the next steps in the development of the project.
