- processing is unlawful, and users object to the deletion of personal data and instead demand that their use be restricted;
- although the Controller no longer needs it for processing purposes, personal data are necessary for users to establish, exercise, or defend a right in court;
- users objected to the processing pending verification as to whether the data controller’s legitimate reasons prevailed over those of the data subject.
Right to data portability: the right to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format personal data concerning them provided to the Data Controller and to transmit such data to another data controller where the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means.
Right to object to processing: the right to object to processing carried out for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in connection with the exercise of official authority or on the basis of the legitimate interest of the data controller or a third party, as well as the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you carried out for direct marketing purposes, including profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing.
Right not to be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning them or significantly affects them in a similar way.

Users can exercise their rights by sending a request to the Holder’s e-mail address, which will respond as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than 30 days after the request.

Complaint

Should users wish to file a complaint regarding the manner through which personal data are processed by the Controller or regarding the handling of a proposed complaint, they have the right to file a complaint directly with the Supervisory Authority in the manner specified at www.garanteprivacy.it.
