Coming soon | Ristotruck Val di Sole

We are happy to announce the upcoming launch of Ristotruck Val di Sole, a new traveling street food project dedicated to enhancing the value of our territory.

The project was created with the aim of integrating the tourist and cultural offerings of Val di Sole through a flexible and quality service, capable of adapting to different contexts and initiatives. Ristotruck is proposed as a mobile showcase designed to tell the story of local food and wine excellence, combining respect for ancient mountain recipes with a modern and dynamic vision of hospitality.

Sustainability first

Our commitment to the environment is concrete: we will use an all-electric vehicle for travel and portable Power Stations to power equipment, ensuring zero-emission service and the utmost respect for the mountain landscape and historic centers.

The initiative is realized thanks to the support of theEuropean Union – NextGenerationEU and the Ministry of Culture, within the framework of the PNRR – Borghi Enterprise Call.
