Modular pump track

It’s all about the up and down between bumps and curves!

Long story short, it’s about squeezing and pulling the bike over bumps and into curves, shifting your body weight to trigger a speed-generating process, taking advantage of the downhills to increase pressure on the pedals and handlebars and the uphills to decrease it.

While you’re in the downhill part push down with your legs and stretch them out to accelerate, while you’re in the uphill part instead, keep your legs flexible to reduce friction and maintain your speed.
